GOD
God is the eternal, all present, all powerful, supreme creator and sustainer of the entire universe. God is one, as a family is one. Even though a family is made of individuals, it is a single family. God, the Father, and Jesus Christ, the Son, are separate individuals as a family, but as a God family, they are one. God the Father and the One that became the Son, Jesus Christ, have always existed. It was the One that became Jesus Christ who was the spokesman in the Old Testament. It was the one who became Jesus Christ who created Adam and Eve. Man did not know of the Father until Jesus Christ came to reveal that the Father existed.
John 1:1-3, 10-12 John 10:30, 38

JESUS CHRIST
Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ, the Son of God and the Son of man. He was the prophesied Messiah of the Old Testament and is described as being fully human and fully divine. As the second member of the God family, He has existed throughout eternity. He emptied Himself of this power and His majesty and became a human being to die for the sins of all mankind as our Savior. He was then resurrected and ascended to heaven to become our High Priest. Jesus Christ will return to establish the Kingdom of God on earth to rule as King of Kings with His saints.
John 3:16, Hebrews 4:14-16, Revelation 1:4-7

THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the essence, power, mind and spiritual extension of God. A newly converted son or daughter receives the Holy Spirit after baptism through the laying on of hands of an ordained minister of Jesus Christ. God's Holy Spirit strengthens a Christian and is a down payment on eternal life at the return of Jesus Christ.

MANKIND
Humans are physical beings with no inherent immortality, but mankind is above the animal kingdom and below the angelic kingdom at this time. God offers eternal life as a gift to mankind, at which time mankind will be above the angels.

ANGELS
God has created powerful spirit beings as His agents and messengers. These spirit beings function as ministering spirits to help mankind. Angels have free moral agency. Although created to help God, some of them, led by Satan the devil, rebelled against God and are now demons.

SALVATION
Salvation is the means by which God, through Christ, saves man from the penalty of sin and gives him eternal life. This process includes one's calling, repentance, baptism, justification, receiving of the Holy Spirit, life of faith and obedience, and final birth into God's Kingdom as a spirit being, a son of God. Salvation is a freely given gift from God through grace, with our ultimate reward given according to our works.

RESURRECTIONS
Jesus Christ was the first of the firstfruits to be resurrected, but the hope of all mankind is to be resurrected to the same spiritual life (eternal) which Christ now has.
(1) The "first resurrection" of the saints who died in Christ will occur at the return of Jesus Christ. At that moment, they shall become sons of God.
(2) The "second resurrection" will bring to life all who have died and were not part of the "first resurrection." In this "resurrection," those who will have been converted during the millennium and died having God's Holy Spirit in them will be resurrected to life in the family of God as "BORN AGAIN" spirit beings. At the same time, God will resurrect to PHYSICAL LIFE all those human beings from Adam that neither knew God nor were converted. This will be their time to be converted and given the chance to be born into the family of God.
Those who reject God will suffer the "second death" (as mentioned in Rev. 20:6,14.). The "second death" is reserved for the incorrigibly wicked who refuse to repent and receive God's Holy Spirit.

JUDGMENT
Judgment occurs to each man from the time of his conversion until his death. This judgment process goes on until the individual dies or Jesus Christ returns, whichever occurs first. Judgment continues for those human beings who live during the Millennium just as it does for us now, prior to the Millennium. Judgment will also continue after the "second resurrection" to determine which of those will qualify for eternal life and escape the "second death," an eternal death (spoken of in Rev. 20:14).

TITHING
Tithing is a private act of worship between man and God. God specifies 10% of your increase belongs to Him and it should be brought into His storehouse to do the work of God. The scripture says that your treasure is where your heart is. A Christian's treasure must be in the work of God. God has allowed mankind to take a physical active part in His Work through tithing. A tithe is 10% of a person's financial increase.

HEALING
Christ's body, the church, recognizes His healing power by the laying on of hands of a minister of Jesus Christ and the anointing with oil. Christ's body was beaten for our physical healing, just as His blood was shed for the remission of our sins. Healing is dependent upon faith.

THE CHURCH
The Church is a spiritual organism rather than a legally defined organization. However, due to the fact that it is necessary for like-minded Christians to band together to form a group for purposes of worship, fellowship, and fulfilling the Great Commission of spreading the gospel, it may become necessary from time to time to organize as a church body. The Congregation of God Seventh Day strictly adheres to the tenet that each congregation is independent and solely responsible to the membership and to Jesus Christ for their actions. Therefore, each congregation is independent and fully autonomous and not under any higher jurisdiction than the jurisdiction of Jesus Christ and His rule over the Church.

DEATH
When a person dies, his or her body and conscious thoughts "go to sleep." That person knows nothing after death!! No man, after death, EXCEPT for JESUS CHRIST, has entered into heaven (John 3:13). All who have died, except for Christ, are waiting for the resurrection, either the first or the second. The spirit in man returns to God, but without any conscious knowledge. ALL who die are waiting for the time when God brings all human flesh back to life.
